The apartment smells... :)

We decided to try some different food and that paid in the form of farts. And smelly ones.

Now Charlie has his own chef. He gets rice, boild potatoes and carrots and the special of the day chicken or fish + his normal food of course. Believe it or not he does not fart as much anymore.

Last wednesday Charlie got his last injection. The vet also cut one of his nails, so he yelped and bled, we now have a big job to get him used to his nails being cut nicely.

He is getting so comfortable and really loves it in his crate, at the moment he is laying on his back snoring in there.

He his making good progress in learning sit, stay, down and come. Walking better on his lead and not eating as much of the ground anymore. But he is still a puppy.

One thing we are really proud of is that Charlie now lets us know when he needs to go out. He sits by the door and in the morning he wakes you up by licking your face.

The other day dad was in the bath, Charlie as curious as he is wanted to get in. I lift him up and put him in. He loved it! When i took him out and tried to dry him he jumped off my lap run into the bathroom trying to get in again :)
Charlie has found a new favourite toy, empty bottles. Such noise, but he loves it. He still has his crazy moments running from one side to another in the livingroom.

Ah - Charlie is coming along really well. You must be so proud of him. I'm impressed that he likes the bath - Jez hates it!

Oddly enough cooked chicken give Jez smelly farts. I find she's far better on a bone and raw food diet. She tends to live on raw chicken wings nowadays.

What a shame the vet cut the quick when he clipped his nails. At least they shouldn't need doing very often - Jez has only had hers clipped once in a year. She wears them down walking.

As for empty bottles - Jez loves empty plastic bottles, but he real favourite is old plastic flower pots. She will chase around with those for ages - they make a really cheap toy.

I'm really enjoying seeing how Charlie is coming along.
